- Non-Creamy Layer certificate (for SEBC candidates)
- Income and Asset Certificate (for EWS candidates)
- Disability certificate (for PWD candidates, where applicable)
- Ex-servicemen discharge/identity documents (where applicable)
- Computer knowledge certificate, diploma/degree, or relevant mark sheet
- Recent passport-size photograph (white background) and signature in JPG format
