Junior Research Fellow: M.E./ M.Tech./ B. Tech/ M.Sc. with First class in ECE/ EIE/ Material Science/ Nanotechnology/ Physics or Equivalent allied subjects with 60% marks for GEN/OBC (55% for SC/ST/PH) from UGC recognized University/Institute. GATE/CSIR/UGC NET qualified is desired.
