| DGM/ Senior Manager (Business Development) | BE/ BTech in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil (preferably with MBA) with 20+ years' experience (15 years for SM) in handling business development & marketing in large organisations, preferably in Wagon/ Container/ Bridge/ Crane sectors. |
| DGM/ Senior Manager (Production) | BE/ BTech in Mechanical/ Electrical with 20+ years' shopfloor experience (15 years for SM) in large manufacturing organisations, preferably in Wagon/ Container manufacturing. |
| SM/ Manager (Wagon/ Bridge/ Crane/ Container Project) | BE/ BTech in Mechanical/ Electrical with 15+ years' experience (12 years for Manager) in large manufacturing organisations, preferably in Wagon/ Container/ Crane/ Container/ Civil Infra/ Engineering/ Steel sectors. |
| DGM/ Senior Manager (Design) | BE/ BTech in Mechanical/ Electrical with 20+ years' experience (15 years for SM) of designing in large manufacturing organisations, preferably in Wagon/ Container/ Crane/ Bridge sectors. Experience in FEA analysis is preferable. |
