Age Limit: 18 to 25 years as on 1 January 2027. Candidates must be born between 2 January 2002 and 1 January 2009 (both days inclusive). No age relaxation (upper or lower) is permissible. Only the Date of Birth recorded in the 10th Standard/Matriculation/Secondary Examination Certificate (or an equivalent certificate) will be accepted, and no change will be allowed once entered in the records.

Sportspersons must satisfy the minimum sports norms and educational qualification prescribed for the respective post/level, as on the date of the notification. Salary Structure

The notification does not specify the exact monthly salary figures. Posts are recruited against Level-2 (GP 1900) and Level-1 (GP 1800) of the RS(RP) Rules, 2016, and all recruitments will be made at the minimum of the applicable pay scale.

  • Duly filled Application Form (Annexure-I), printed on good quality white A4 paper
  • One recent passport-size colour photograph (4 cm x 5 cm, not older than 3 months, without cap/coloured glasses, not attested by anyone)
  • Self-attested copies of proof of Date of Birth (Matriculation/10th certificate)
  • Self-attested copies of Educational Qualification certificates
  • Self-attested copies of Sports Achievement certificates (Proforma as per Annexure-II)
  • Caste certificate, wherever applicable (SC/ST/OBC), in prescribed format (Annexure-A/B)
  • Minority/Economically Backward Class declaration, if claiming fee exemption (Annexure-C/D)
  • Discharge Certificate, for Ex-servicemen applicants
  • Domicile Certificate, for candidates from North Eastern states and other specified regions
  • Examination Fee in the form of IPO/DD
