- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering from any recognised engineering institute in India
- Master of Engineering (M.E.) or Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Civil Engineering from any recognised engineering institute in India
- Minimum one year working experience in the relevant field
- Basic computer knowledge in MS-OFFICE (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
