Eligibility Criteria
- Consultant: Retired from Government sector at the level of Joint Secretary/Deputy Secretary/Under Secretary or equivalent, with relevant experience preferably in Internationalization of Higher Education/Higher Education Administration in Government Departments/Autonomous Bodies/Universities.
- Young Professional (Sports): Graduate in any discipline with PG Diploma/Certificate (minimum 6 months, full time) in Sports Management or related field OR experience in Management/Tournaments/Championships/Sports at SAI, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports/Sports University, etc. OR Sportsmen/women who played up to State level/AIU All India Championships/Khelo India, etc.
- Young Professional (Finance): Post Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Management OR PG Diploma in Accounts/Finance/Management/Business Administration, with minimum 3 years' relevant experience in accounts, TDS/GST/EPF compliance, payroll, reconciliation or audit support in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies/PSUs/Educational Institutes. Working knowledge of Tally required; SAP/ERP exposure and PFMS experience desirable.
- Young Professional (IT): B.Tech (Computer Science)/B.Sc. Computer Science/BCA with minimum 3 years' experience in ASP.NET with C# (VS 2022) and SQL Server/PHP development (WordPress customization), Server Management, Financial & ERP Systems.
- Young Professional (AI): Postgraduate/technical/professional degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Public Policy, Data Science or related discipline. Knowledge of AI governance, machine learning, data ethics, and emerging technology policy desirable; experience in AI research, technology policy or data analysis preferred.

Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility criteria and called for a written test/interview at AIU's discretion. Mere fulfillment of eligibility criteria does not guarantee a call for test or interview. AIU reserves the right to relax any stipulated conditions and shortlist candidates as it deems appropriate. No TA/DA will be provided to candidates for attending the test or interview.
