For AVP II – Group Head, the minimum age is 31 years and maximum age is 45 years. For AVP II – Territory Head, the minimum age is 27 years and maximum age is 40 years. For Deputy Manager – Senior Relationship Manager, the minimum age is 24 years and maximum age is 35 years, For Deputy Manager – Wealth Strategist (Investment & Insurance), the minimum age is 24 years and maximum age is 45 years.

Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India / Government bodies / AICTE. Desirable qualifications for certain posts include a 2‑year full time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management and relevant Regulatory certifications such as NISM / IRDA, especially for investment and insurance focused roles.
