Eligibility Criteria

Minimum one year Hospital/Clinical experience after acquiring the postgraduate degree will be given preference. |
| DR/02 | Scientific Assistant/B (Pathology) | B.Sc with minimum 60% marks followed by postgraduate Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) with minimum 60% marks, OR B.Sc (Medical Lab Technology) with minimum 60% marks. |
| DR/03 | Scientific Assistant/B (Radiography) | B.Sc (Radiography) with minimum 60% marks, OR B.Sc with minimum 50% marks plus one year Diploma in Radiography. |

Selection Process
Selection for all four posts (DR/01 to DR/04) will be based on performance in a personal interview. If the number of applications received is high, BARC reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates called for interview by conducting a screening test in the respective discipline. The decision of the Centre in this regard will be final and binding.

Required Documents for BARC Written Test / Interview
- Printout of the online application and admit card (downloaded from the website).
- Identity proof in original (Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Driving License/Voter Card) along with self-attested copies.
- Educational qualification, experience, and technical qualification certificates in original, with one set of self-attested photocopies, supported by semester/year-wise and consolidated mark sheets.
- Individual Degree/Diploma certificate, for candidates possessing an Integrated Course Certificate.
- Proof of Date of Birth.
- SC/ST category certificate issued by the authorized authority in the prescribed format, where applicable.
- OBC caste certificate in the prescribed Central Government format with non-creamy layer certificate (crucial date: 18.08.2026), along with self-declaration of non-creamy layer status, where applicable.
- Validity Certificate from the Scrutiny Committee, for Maharashtra-domicile SC/ST/OBC candidates.
- Documentary proof for candidates claiming upper age relaxation.
- No Objection Certificate, for candidates already working in Central/State Government, PSUs, or Autonomous Bodies.
- Any other relevant certificates, as applicable.
