MBA (Finance) {Master in Business Administration in Finance, from recognized university/ institute/ College}. Minimum 2 years of post-qualification relevant industry experience is mandatory. Teaching/ Academic/ Research work and experience in non-profit organizations or internships as part of academic curriculum will not be considered.

Consolidated remuneration: Rs. 40,000/- for 1st year, Rs. 45,000/- for 2nd year, Rs. 50,000/- for 3rd year, and Rs. 55,000/- for 4th year. Retention Bonus: Rs. 25,000/- for every completed year, payable at the end of 4 years (total Rs. 1,00,000/-). Additional allowance of Rs. 12,000/- per year for medical insurance, attire, stitching, footwear etc., paid in two installments.
