Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) is recruiting for 250 entry-level positions including Junior Executive in various fields and Secretary BPCL. Candidates with qualifications ranging from Diploma to Master's degrees are invited to apply starting from April 18, 2026, to May 17, 2026.

Selection Process
Multi-stage selection process may comprise Application Screening, Written / Computer Based Test, Case Based Discussion, Group Task, Personal Interview etc. Provisional selection is based on Relevant work-experience, Significant on-the-job achievements, and Performance in various selection processes. Final appointment is subject to successful completion of Pre-Employment Medical Examination.

Salary Structure
Designation: Pay Scale*: Approx. CTC at the minimum of Pay Scale
Junior Executive & Secretary Post: 30,000-1,20,000; ₹12.28 Lakhs per annum
