Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission is recruiting for the position of Havildar Instructor (Adhinayak Anudeshak) in the Bihar Home Guard Service Cadre. Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the cut-off date 01-08-2025. Indian citizenship is mandatory. Male, Female and Third Gender candidates can apply. The benefit of any reservation (including 35% women reservation) is admissible only to original residents (Mool Niwasi) of Bihar State. Selection Process
The selection process for BPSSC Havildar Instructor Recruitment 2026 consists of 2 (two) successive stages - a Written Competitive Examination of 100 marks (MCQ/Objective type, 2 hours) and a Physical Efficiency Test (PET) of 100 marks. The written examination is only qualifying for the PET; the final merit list will be based solely on marks obtained in the Physical Efficiency Test.
