Selection Process

Candidates will be shortlisted based on essential qualifications and desirable experience. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Final selection will be based on qualifications, research experience, performance in the interview, and suitability for the project. The selected candidate must be willing to undertake field work in coastal areas.
