Postgraduate (PG) in Arts, Commerce, Science, Law, Psychology, Social Work, Child Psychology or Local Language, OR Graduate (UG) in any discipline + Minimum 2 years full-time work experience in Child rights/protection, Legal work, Social work, Child psychology, Counselling, Sociology/Psychology. Desirable: Minimum 1 year experience in DLSA, JHALSA, DCPO, CWC, JJB or POCSO Court.
