Application Fee
Applications must be supported with a Demand Draft of Rs. 1,180/- (inclusive of GST) towards non refundable processing fee. The Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of “DDO/ DDK, Vijayawada” payable at Vijayawada. The Demand Draft must be enclosed along with the application in a sealed cover.
