Eligibility Criteria
- OST Counselor: Graduate degree holder in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development / Nursing with 3 years experience in Health Programme under National Health Programmes. Post Graduate in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development / Nursing. If Candidate is person living with HIV/AIDS (PLHIV): Graduate degree holder in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology with 1 year experience in Nursing/Development/Counselling/Education under National Health Programmes.
- Lab Technician, ART: B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) / BMLT or Diploma (MLT) or DMLS with the course duration of at least 2 years recognized by UGC / State Government / Central Government. Desirable: Community infected candidates from HIV infected and affected as well as key communities. Engagement with key population and affected communities at field level. Essential Experience: One year B.Sc or BLMS and two year MLT (BMLT) DMLT or DMLS.
- Pharmacist, ART: Bachelor degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institute or Diploma in Pharmacy. The candidate should be registered in State Pharmacy Council. Desirable: candidates from HIV infected and affected as well as key communities. Essential Experience: for diploma holders 3 years of experience for diploma. Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- ART Care Coordinator: PLHIV, with 10+2 pass. Desirable: Working knowledge of internet and electronic mail. Essential Experience: Knowledge of English and local language.
- ICTC Counselor, Barwala: Graduate degree holder in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development / Nursing with 3 years experience in Health Programme under National Health Programmes. Post Graduate in Psychology / National Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development.
