DHS Godda Eligibility Criteria & Qualification 2026
- Staff Nurse (SNCU / UPHC Mahagama): 10+2/Intermediate with 3 years' General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) training from a Govt recognized institution; registered under Jharkhand Nursing Council; at least 2 years' hospital/health institution experience.
- OT Technician (RCH): 10+2/intermediate with Diploma/certificate course in Operation Theatre Technician; registered under Pharmacy Council, Jharkhand; at least 1 year hospital/health institution experience.
- Oxygen Operator – PSA Plant, DH Godda: Diploma in Engineering or equivalent technical certification (Mechanical/Electrical)/B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical); at least 1 year experience operating/maintaining oxygen generation plants.
- GNM (District NCD Clinic): Same as Staff Nurse (SNCU).
- Block Data Manager: Graduation with a 1-year diploma/PG Diploma in Computer Application, DOEACC 'O' Level, ITI/IDTR, or Bachelor in Computer Application/B.Sc (IT)/B.Sc (Computer Science)/DOEACC 'A' level; minimum 2 years' post-qualification relevant experience.
- Ophthalmic Assistant (RBSK): Two-year Diploma in Optometry, or trained as Ophthalmic Assistant at an NPCB-recognized Govt hospital; familiarity with computer and internet use.
- Pharmacist (RBSK / RNTCP / Drug Store / UPHC Mahagama): Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute; registered under (Jharkhand State) Pharmacy Council; computer proficiency (MS Office) & Internet; at least 2 years' hospital/health institution experience.
- Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor (STLS): Graduate + Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent from a Govt recognized institute; permanent two-wheeler driving licence; computer operation certificate (minimum 2 months); desirable: minimum 1 year RNTCP experience.
- Radiographer / X-Ray Technician (RNTCP): 10+2/intermediate + Diploma in X-Ray Technology/Radiology from a Govt recognized institute with 2 years' Medical Lab experience; registered under Jharkhand Paramedical Council.
- District PPM Coordinator (RNTCP): Post Graduate + 1 year experience in communication/ACSM/public-private partnership/health projects; permanent two-wheeler driving licence; preference to RNTCP experience and Social Sciences/Mass Media/Communication/Rural Development background.
- Malaria Technical Supervisor (MTS): Graduate, preferably in Biology stream; 1 year experience in vector-borne disease work; valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Tuberculosis Health Visitor (TB-HV): Graduate, OR Intermediate (10+2) in Science with experience as MPW/LHV/ANM plus a certificate/higher course in health education/counselling, or a Tuberculosis Health Visitor's course.
- Hospital Attendant / Sanitary Attendant (NPHCE): Essential: Matriculation; Desirable: 2 years' hospital work experience.
- Multi Rehabilitation Worker (NPHCE): 10+2 or equivalent + 1.5-year certificate course in Multi Rehabilitation Work; registered as Rehabilitation personnel under the Rehabilitation Council of India Act, 1992; desirable: at least 1 year hospital experience.
- Clinical Psychologist / Psychiatric Social Worker (NMHP): First or Second Class M.Phil in Clinical Psychology/M.Phil Psychiatric Social Work/M.A./M.Sc in Psychology, or First/Second Class M.A./M.S.W in Medical Psychiatric Social Work/M.Sc in Psychiatric Nursing.
- Epidemiologist (IDSP, Godda): Medical Graduate with Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Preventive & Social Medicine/Public Health/Epidemiology (MD, MPH, DPH, MAE, etc.), OR any Medical Graduate with 2 years' Epidemiology/Public Health experience.
- Lab Technician (IDSP / MFP Fluorosis / UPHC Mahagama): 10+2/intermediate + Diploma in Lab Technician from a Govt recognized institute with 1 year experience; registered under Jharkhand Paramedical Council.
- District Cold Chain Handler: Graduation + 3 years' working experience with a Government/Government-aided body or NGO handling vaccines in cold chain.
- Arsh Counsellor: Postgraduate Degree in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development, or a Diploma in Nursing, with minimum 1 year experience in Adolescent work.
- Counsellor (Blood Bank / NPCDCS) / RMNCH FP Counsellor: Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Social Work/Public Administration/Psychology/Sociology/Home Science/Hospital & Health Management; 1 year work experience in health sector or relevant field.
- Nutritional Counsellor (MTC): Female candidates only; Master's/Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition/Home Science (Hons/Pass); 1 year health sector experience; basic computer skills.
- ANM (UPHC Godda / UPHC Mahagama): 10+2 or equivalent examination with a completed ANM course from an institution recognized by the Govt and approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
