Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in any discipline from a recognized University / Institution by UGC/ Govt. of India.

Total Experience: 15+ years of experience including experience in managing large programmes, projects or initiatives. Prior experience of 3 years or more in handling IT related projects in Government, PSU, Autonomous Bodies or large public-sector programmes. Exposure to technology-led programmes / R&D initiatives and familiarity with Government of India rules, regulations, procedures, guidelines, processes, and administrative matters is desirable.
