Eligibility Criteria

Master's Degree in Social Science (preferably Sociology or Psychology) OR above 35 years with Degree in Social Science, working in social service/family welfare. Minimum 3 years experience in Family Counselling. Proficiency in Odia language equivalent to M.E. standard (able to speak, read & write). Sound health and good physique, free from organic defects.
