Age Criteria

Not more than one spouse living. Alternatively, persons above 35 years working in social service/welfare activities promoting family and child care with a Social Science degree are eligible if suitable candidates with experience are not available.

Eligibility Criteria

Citizen of India
Master's Degree in Social Science preferably in Sociology or Psychology
Minimum 3 years of experience in family counseling
Able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. Standard
Sound health, good physique and free from organic defects or bodily infirmity
Not more than one spouse living
