Documents Required
- Duly filled application form in the prescribed format (all columns completed)
- Recent passport-size photograph
- Voter ID Card (EPIC), Aadhaar Card, Ration Card, or other proof document for verification of date of birth
- Documents proving previous experience in urban local bodies - proof of a minimum of one year's work as a pourakarmika, loader, UDI helper, or cleaner on outsourcing/contract basis (bank passbook with ESI/PF/salary payment proof, or attendance documents)
- In case of a deceased urban local body outsourced pourakarmika (due to COVID-19 or other reasons) - details of the deceased worker along with the family member's supporting documents for compassionate direct recruitment appointment
- Proof of continuous minimum one-year work in urban local body-related solid waste management units or public toilets (as loader/UDI helper/cleaner/toilet attendant/waste segregation unit worker) - ESI/EPF salary payment, bank passbook proof, or attendance documents
