Selected candidates will be paid Rs. 200 per teaching period (per ghanti), with a maximum of 4 periods per working day and 5 working days per week. No other allowance is admissible, and payment is based on daily teaching attendance.
Selection will be made purely on a temporary basis by a district-level committee based on merit among PG/Graduate/B.Ed or teacher-training degree holders. Preference will be given to candidates of the respective block, local language speakers, and local candidates of the area where the residential school is located.
