- Deputy Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel: Minimum 7 years practice in Criminal Law, 20 Sessions Trials handled (relaxable), Enrolled Advocate
- Assistant Legal Aid Defense Counsel: 0-3 years practice in Criminal Law, Good research and IT proficiency, Enrolled Advocate
