Eligibility Criteria

Retired E7 or above grade executive or equivalent from CIL and its subsidiaries, PSUs / Autonomous Organizations of Central / State Government. Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience of working in mechanised underground coal mine with mass production technology.

Salary Structure

Consolidated Monthly Compensation/ honorarium: Rs.1,20,000/- for superannuated E8 Grade Executive; Rs.1,00,000/- for superannuated E7 Grade Executive. Conveyance charges: Company shall provide Conveyance for full time Advisors as per availability.
