- Self-attested copy of Matriculation passing certificate (for Welder trade, an 8th pass certificate may be considered)
- Self-attested copy of ITI passing certificate
- Self-attested copy of final year marksheet of ITI passing
- Self-attested registration copy of the NAPS portal
- Self-attested copy of Aadhaar Card
- Copy of bank details (Aadhaar-linked) as uploaded on the NAPS portal
- Caste certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates (OBC certificate is valid for one year from its date of issue)
- One recent passport-size photograph
- Affidavit for undertaking, as per the attached format (Annexure-III)
