Eligibility Criteria

Junior Faculty (School of RFM - MBA): Master's Degree (min. 02 years duration after Graduation) or PG diploma (min. 02 years after graduation) in Management (RFM, Data Science & Business Analytics, HRM, SCM, Global Luxury brand Mgmt. etc.) with min. 55% marks. Desirable: Doctoral Degree. Experience: Academic and/or Industry Experience of at least 03 years in the field of Management.
Junior Faculty (School of RFM - BBA): Master's Degree (min.02 years after graduation) or PG diploma (of min.02 years after graduation) in Management/ Supply Chain Management (SCM)/ Retail operations/ Retail & IT operations/ Supply Chain Management (SCM)/ Operations Management with specialization in Retail & Fashion Merchandise with minimum 55% marks. Preference will be given to candidates with a doctoral degree. Experience: Academic and/or Industry Experience of at-least 3 years in the field of Management/ Retail operations/ Retail & IT operations/ Supply Chain Management (SCM)/ Operations Management.
