Eligibility Criteria
- Officer Secretarial (CS) (On Contract): Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI, Around 0-3 Years post qualification in Secretarial Dept of large industrial organization.
- Medical Officer (On Contract): Qualified MBBS (MCI recognized) + Certificate Course in Industrial Health (State Govt recognized), Minimum 3 years (excluding internship) in large Industrial Health Centre.
- Officer - Guest House (On Contract): MBA (Hospitality/Hotel Management) or equivalent from reputed institute, Minimum 4 years in managing Guest House in large industries.
- Officer - Security Services (On Contract): Equivalent Graduate certificate from Armed Forces, Minimum 2 years post-qualification in security functions, preferably large industries.
- Chemist (On Contract): Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry / Polymers, Experience in large industrial laboratory at supervisory level preferred; Freshers can apply.
- Accounts Officer (On Contract): Qualified CA / CMA from ICAI / ICMAI, Minimum 2 to 7 years post-qualification in Finance/Accounts of large industrial organization, exposure to SAP preferred.
- Engineer - Electrical (On Contract): Full time B.E./B.Tech (Electrical) First Class from reputed institute, Minimum 4 years post-qualification in electrical maintenance/repair in large organization.
- Engineer - Civil (On Contract): Full time B.E./B.Tech (Civil) First Class from reputed institute, Minimum 4 years post-qualification in civil construction projects in large industry.
- Engineer - Mechanical (On Contract): Full time B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical) First Class from reputed institute, Minimum 4 years post-qualification in plant maintenance of large industry.
- Engineer - Process (On Contract): Full time B.E./B.Tech (Chemical) First Class from reputed institute, Minimum 4 years post-qualification in process operations of chemicals in large industry.
- Manager (Finance): Qualified CA / CMA from ICAI / ICMAI, Minimum 10 years post-qualification in Finance/Accounts of large industrial/ERP organization, exposure to SAP preferred.
- Manager (Electrical): Full time B.E./B.Tech (Electrical) First Class from reputed institute, Minimum 10 years post-qualification in Electrical department of large industrial organization.
