HP High Court Recruitment 2026 Qualification
- Court Manager: Graduation in any stream with a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from a UGC-recognized University or Institution in India, plus 3 years' experience in Process Management, IT Systems Management, Human Resources Management, or Financial Management. Good knowledge of legal affairs and computer applications is desirable.
- Clerk: Graduation from a recognized University with basic computer knowledge, including operating Windows and Linux, and typing/printing.
- Stenographer Grade-III: Graduation degree from a recognized University.
- Driver: Matriculation pass from a recognized Board, a valid LMV driving licence held for at least 3 years, and at least 3 years' experience driving an LMV. Preference is given to candidates with good mechanical knowledge of automobiles.
- Process Server: 10+2 pass from a recognized Board.
- Peon/Orderly/Chowkidar/Safai Karamchari/Chowkidar-cum-Safai Karamchari: 10+2 pass from a recognized Board.

HP High Court Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The selection process varies by post. Court Manager roles require a written test and viva-voce. Clerks must take a Screening Test, Written Test, Typing Test, and Document Verification. Stenographer candidates will have a Screening Test followed by a Stenography and Typing Test. Drivers undergo a Proficiency Test. Other roles involve evaluation based on educational merits.
