Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) is recruiting 250 Graduate Apprentice Trainees for Engineering disciplines for the year 2026-27. Eligible candidates must have graduated in relevant engineering fields after 01.04.2023 with a minimum of 60% marks for certain categories. The selection will be merit-based, and training will be for one year in either Mumbai or Visakh Refinery.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational QualificationFull-time Engineering Graduation (BE/BTech) in the relevant discipline from AICTE/UGC recognized university/institute. Completed after 01.04.2023 (candidates prior to this date ineligible). Minimum Marks: 60% aggregate for UR/OBC-NC/EWS; 50% for SC/ST/PwBD (VH/HH/OH/MD). Percentage Calculation: As per university norms; if CGPA/GPA, convert using institute formula (certificate required). Fractions ignored (e.g., 49.99% = less than 50%).

Additional RequirementsIndian nationals only. Registered and approved on NATS 2.0 portal by BOAT. No prior apprenticeship or work experience of 1+ year. PwBD: 40%+ disability in specified categories (VH/HH/OH/MD). All qualifications recognized by UGC/AICTE/Board of Technical Education.
