The Indian Academy of Highway Engineers (IAHE) is seeking candidates for the position of Core Faculty. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering along with 13 years of experience in the Highway Sector. Remuneration for this contractual position is Rs. 2 lakhs per month for eligible candidates, with the last date for application on 15 July 2026.
Maximum age of 67 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Eligibility Criteria
Core Faculty (Highways): Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. 13 years experience in the field of Highway Sector and having experience of execution/association in minimum 4 highway Projects in design/construction/review of more than 6 months duration for each project.
Core Faculty (Bridge): Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. 13 years experience in the field of Highway Sector and having experience of execution/association in minimum 4 Bridge Projects in design/construction/review of more than 6 months duration for each project.
Core Faculty (Pavement): Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. 13 years experience in the field of Highway Sector and having experience of execution/association in minimum 4 Highway/pavement in design/construction/review of more than 6 months duration for each project.
Core Faculty (Safety): Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. 13 years experience in the field of Highway Sector and having experience of execution/association in minimum 4 Highway Projects in design/construction/review/ safety audit of more than 6 months duration for each project.

Salary / Stipend
Remuneration for retired government employees is based on last drawn pay minus pension. For others, it's Rs. 2 lakhs per month with potential increments.
