The Indian Institute of Engineering Science & Technology is seeking to fill 2 positions for the role of Junior Research Fellow (JRF). Candidates should have a B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc/M.Tech in relevant engineering or science fields with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA and a valid GATE/NET score.
Maximum Age Limit: 35 years. Upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Woman and Physically handicapped candidates. In special circumstances for extraordinary candidate, this can be further relaxed.
Eligibility Criteria
B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Science/Engineering, Material Science, Metallurgy, Aerospace, Laser Science/Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or any equivalent/relevant allied branches from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale with valid GATE/NET score (55% or 6.0 CGPA for SC/ST/PwD).
