Eligibility Criteria

PhD (or equivalent degree) with a focus on science policy, adaptation to climate change, higher education, governance and related areas.
Should have completed PhD or, in final stages of completion.
Track record of publishing in international academic journals, preferably in areas aligned with the project.
Experience of conducting an independent research study.
Expertise in a variety of qualitative research methodologies is desirable.
Experience in translating research findings for practical and policy guidance is desirable.
Evidence of strong scientific writing and academic presentation skills.
