Eligibility Criteria
- Master's degree in Economics with First Division / Merit.
- Proficiency in Stata, Python, and LaTeX (Overleaf) for data analysis and academic writing.
- Experience working with large-scale online job postings data and managing administrative datasets.
- Strong interest in labor economics, with experience applying causal inference methods for econometric analysis.
- One year of research experience as an intern, research assistant, and project scientist.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
