Eligibility Criteria

B.E/B.Tech in ECE or equivalent with 5-year experience with GATE mandatory. Knowledge of semiconductor device physics, network theory and VLSI circuit design. Exposure to CMOS design logic. Experience with EDA/Tools like Cadence, Spice, TCAD. Verilog or Verilog-A and Python, Perl or Bash scripting languages are desirable.
