The Income Tax Department Odisha is recruiting for the Sports Quota with 12 positions available for Tax Assistants, Stenographers, and Multi-Tasking Staff. Candidates must have relevant educational qualifications including a Bachelor's degree, 12th, or 10th class completion. This recruitment is exclusive to meritorious sportspersons.

Tax Assistant: 18 to 27 years, Stenographer Grade-II: 18 to 27 years, Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): 18 to 25 years.
Age Relaxation
As per DoPT O.M. No. 15012/3/84-Estt.(D) dated 12-11-1987, sportspersons may be allowed a relaxation in the upper age limit of up to a maximum of 5 years (10 years for SC/ST candidates).
Eligibility Criteria
Apart from sports achievement, each post requires a minimum educational qualification, and two of the three posts also have a mandatory typing or stenography skill requirement.
