The Indian Army is inviting applications for the 144th Technical Graduate Course (TGC-144) with a total of 30 vacancies for unmarried male candidates holding a BE/B.Tech or M.Sc in Computer Science. The course will commence in January 2027, following a rigorous selection process that includes an SSB interview.

Age Limit

Candidates must be between 20 to 27 years of age as on 01 January 2027. Unmarried candidates born not earlier than 01 January 2000 and not later than 01 January 2007 are eligible to apply. Only the date of birth as recorded in the Matriculation/Secondary School Examination Certificate or an equivalent (10th) certificate will be accepted; no other document relating to age will be accepted.

Engineering Degree (Mandatory)	BE/B.Tech or M.Sc Computer Science in notified Engineering streams as listed in Para 3 of the official notification, from a recognized University/Institution.
Final Year Appearing Candidates	Candidates in the final year of Engineering degree (whose final year/semester result will be declared by 01 Jan 2027) can also apply. They must submit proof of passing Engineering Degree Examination along with marksheets of all semesters/years by 01 Jan 2027 to TGC Entry, West Block III, R.K. Puram, New Delhi-110066 and produce the Engineering Degree Certificate within 12 weeks from the date of commencement of training at IMA.
Note (Final Year Candidates)	ALL final year appearing candidates whose final year/final semester exam result will be declared AFTER 01 Jan 2027 are NOT eligible to apply. Final semester studying candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in SSB subject to their cumulative percentage of marks upto 6th semester/3rd year not being below the approved cut-off percentage.
Marital Status	Unmarried male only. Candidates must not marry until they complete full training at IMA, Dehradun.
