- 10th Pass/Matriculation certificate (proof of date of birth)
- Class XII marksheet / semester-wise or year-wise ITI marksheets issued by NCVET or SCVT / Graduation / Diploma marksheets
- Class XII / Final ITI / Graduation / Diploma certificate issued by the respective Board/Authority
- CGPA/OGPA/Letter Grade conversion certificate to percentage of marks, if applicable
- Certificate from the Principal confirming date of result publication and regular full-time mode of study, if applicable
- SC/ST/Disability Certificate/OBC(NCL) Certificate with Declaration, or EWS Income & Asset Certificate with Declaration, in the prescribed format
- Skill Certificate in 'Domestic Data Entry Operator' (for Code 111 applicants only)
- Printout of NATS/NAPS portal registration with applicant details
- Affidavit confirming compliance with eligibility conditions
- One original Photo ID proof: Aadhar Card / PAN Card / Voter ID / Driving License / Passport
- Any other certificate/document as specified by IOCL
