Knowledge of computer (MS Office) and preparation of reports is desirable. Ability to solve problems and make rational decisions is required.

The selection process for IRCTC East Zone Hospitality Monitor Recruitment 2026 is through Walk-in Interview only. Interview will be conducted based on the credentials of the candidates. Selection is based on performance in the personal interview.
Eligible and qualified candidates must attend the walk-in interview on any of the three dates: 18th, 19th or 20th May 2026 between 10:30 AM and 04:30 PM at IRCTC Zonal Office. There is no prior online application on the IRCTC website.
