The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) is recruiting 1815 Constables (Executive Police). Candidates must have completed Matriculation and meet specific physical standards. The age criteria range from 18 to 30 years depending on service status.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed Matriculation from a recognized Board. Candidates must be Domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir with a valid Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority on or before 17.02.2026. Candidates must meet the prescribed Physical Standard Test and Physical Endurance Test requirements as mentioned in the notification.

Selection Process

Stage 1 - Written Test: Candidates shall be subjected to a Written Examination (Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions). Questions will be set in English Language only. There will be Negative Marking for each wrong answer. NCC Bonus Marks awarded for various NCC Certificate holders.
