Karnataka Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Sciences University (KVAFSU) is looking to fill 96 teaching posts including Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor across various veterinary disciplines. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science and a valid registration with the Karnataka Veterinary Council.

Age limit is applicable only for Assistant Professor posts. Age is calculated as on the last date of submission of application i.e. 20-06-2026. No age limit has been specified for Professor and Associate Professor posts in this notification. Age relaxation for in-service candidates and other categories shall be considered based on the relevant orders of Government of Karnataka in vogue.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the last date of submission of application i.e. 20-06-2026. Candidates of Veterinary Science must possess and upload a valid registration of Karnataka Veterinary Council / Veterinary Council of India. Candidates must apply online only through the Recruitment Portal on the KVAFSU website www.kvafsu.edu.in. No other mode of application will be accepted. Applicants must first register on the Recruitment Portal, after which they can fill up the prescribed online application form. Separate applications with separate registration fees must be submitted for each post applied for.
