Degree in Law. Experience: Must have practiced as an Advocate in the High Court of Bombay or Courts subordinate thereto for not less than 3 years as on 30th April 2026 or must be working/have worked as Public Prosecutor or Government Advocate for not less than 3 years as on 30th April 2026.

The selection process consists of Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and Interview/Personality Test. Candidates who qualify the Preliminary Examination will be called for the Main Examination. The final merit list will be prepared based on performance in the Main Examination and Interview.
