Nepa Limited is recruiting for 36 contractual positions across 14 roles, including Junior Shift Incharge and DCS Operator. Candidates with relevant qualifications and experience in the paper industry are encouraged to apply. The maximum age limit is 55 years for the Painter position and 50 years for others.

The upper age limit is a maximum of 50 years for all positions except Painter, which has a maximum age limit of 55 years. Age is reckoned as on 30 June 2026. Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen candidates is as per Government Directives, and a certificate from the Competent Authority must be submitted with the application. Eligibility Criteria

  • Junior Shift Incharge: Diploma in Pulp & Paper / B.A.Sc. in Pulp & Paper / Degree in (Chemical Engineering/Science) / BE (Mech.) / B.Sc. with relevant experience, Minimum 3 years in Paper Industry; preference for High Speed Paper Machine background
  • DCS Operator (Paper Machine): BE/B.Tech./Diploma in CSE/B.Sc. (CS), 2 years (BE/B.Tech), 3 years (Diploma), or 4 years (B.Sc. CS) in Paper Machine background
  • Junior Wet End Operator: 12th/ITI, Minimum 3 years in High Speed Paper Machine
  • Back Tender: 10th/12th/ITI, Minimum 3 years as Back Tender in High Speed Paper Machine
  • Winder Operator: 10th/12th/ITI, Minimum 3 years as Winder Operator in High Speed Paper Machine
  • DCS Operator (De-inking Plant): BE/B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology/Pulp & Paper Technology, No bar - freshers may apply. Basic computer knowledge mandatory. Preference for De-inking Plant/wastepaper-based pulp/Newsprint industry exposure
  • Shift Incharge (Power House): BE in Mech./Electrical/Instrumentation, OR Diploma in same, OR 1st Class Boiler Attendant License, 4 years (BE) / 6 years (Diploma) / 10 years, incl. 8 years AFBC Boiler ops (License), all requiring 10 MW+ power plant and Boiler & Turbine DCS experience. BOE Certificate preferred
  • Boiler DCS Operator: BE in Mech./Electrical/Instrumentation, OR Diploma in same, OR First Class Boiler Attendant, 3 years (BE) / 4 years (Diploma) / 4 years (License), all requiring 5 MW+ power plant AFBC Boiler DCS experience
  • First Class Boiler Operator: First Class Boiler Attendant License, Minimum 5 years in AFBC Boiler operations
  • Shift Engineer (Instrument): Degree/Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical, 3 years (Degree) / 4 years (Diploma); preference for prior Nepa Limited experience
  • Instrument Technician: ITI in Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrician, 3 years in relevant field; preference for prior Nepa Limited experience
  • Shift Engineer (Electrical): BE/B.Tech. in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Electronic & Tele Communication, OR Diploma in same, 2 years (BE/B.Tech) / 3 years (Diploma) in electrical maintenance in manufacturing industry, preferably Paper Industry
  • Junior HR Officer: MBA (HR)/MSW, OR PGDBM (2 years); LLB preferred; experience in HR Management preferably in Pulp & Paper Industry, Minimum 2 years in any organization; knowledge of Government Rules and Factory Acts; strong computer skills (presentations, Excel)
  • Painter: Higher Secondary with Drawing and Painting subject, Minimum 2 years relevant painting experience at industries; preference for prior Nepa experience
