Eligibility Criteria

Chartered Accountant OR Cost & Management Accountant OR MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/Institute OR Member of any organized Group ‘A’ Finance or Accounts Service of Central/State Government.
17 years of regular service in a post carrying a substantive pay scale of Level 10 (Rs. 56,100–1,77,500) or equivalent/higher level.
Out of the 17 years, at least 10 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Budgeting/Internal Audit/Contract Management/Fund Management/Disbursement.
