Age Criteria

Maximum age: 56 years as on closing date.

Post-wise Eligibility Criteria

Section Officer / Office Superintendent: Officers of Central Government / State Government / Union Territories: Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; OR With 5 years' service in Level-6 (Rs. 35,400–1,12,400) on regular basis; AND Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University; Computer proficiency (word processing, spreadsheet, slide generation) certified by cadre controlling authority.
Assistant: Officers of Central Government / State Government / Union Territories: Holding analogous posts on regular basis; OR With 6 years' service in Level-5 (Rs. 29,200–92,300) on regular basis; AND Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University; Passed computer proficiency test as prescribed by Staff Selection Commission.
Stenographer Grade-I: Officers from Stenographer's cadre under Central Government / State Government / UTs: Holding analogous posts on regular basis; OR With 6 years' service in Level-5 (Rs. 29,200–92,300); OR With 10 years' service in Level-4 (Rs. 25,500–81,100) on regular basis; AND Graduate Degree from a recognized University; Computer proficiency; Skill Test: Stenography at 100 words per minute (10 minutes); transcription 40 minutes (English) / 55 minutes (Hindi) on computer.
