Maximum age limit is 35 years. Age relaxation: OBC-NCL: 33 years, SC/ST/PwD/Female: 35 years, GEN/GEN-EWS: 30 years.
Junior Research Fellow: B.Tech. in ECE with First class with ≥ 70% or 7.5 CGPA or equivalent. OR B.Tech. in ECE First class with ≥ 60% and M. Tech. First class with ≥ 60%. M. Tech. with specialization in Antenna, RF, and Microwaves. Knowledge of CST/HFSS, AWR/ADS and MATLAB software. Experience with FPGA implementation will be given preference. GATE-qualified candidates will be given preference.
