The School of Agricultural Biotechnology at Punjab Agricultural University invites applications for the position of Project Associate-I with one vacancy. Candidates must possess a B.Sc./B.Tech and an M.Sc/M.Tech in relevant fields with specified CGPA or percentage requirements.
B.Sc./B.Tech with a minimum CGPA of 6.00/10.00 basis or 60% marks.
M.Sc/M.Tech in Bioinformatics/Computational Biology/Systems Biology/System Biology and Bioinformatics/Data Science/Biotechnology/Biomedical Informatics/Computational Systems Biology/Molecular Biology and Biotechnology and related disciplines with a minimum CGPA of 6.50/10.00 basis or 65% marks.
Candidates with a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline are eligible even without a Master's degree.
Desirable qualifications include experience in NGS data, programming languages, database development, Machine learning, and AI.
