Eligibility Criteria

Professional Trainee in Management: Essential Qualification Master's Degree in Business Management or Administration or in a relevant Management related disciplines from a recognized University or Institution. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation tools.
Desirable Qualification Certifications in Public Policy, Governance, Project Management, or Strategic Management. Academic exposure to policy analysis, organizational management. Proficiency in research methodology, report writing, and policy drafting. Ability to prepare policy notes, briefing papers, presentations, and analytical reports for senior Government officials.
Professional Trainee in Civil Engineering: Essential Qualification Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised Polytechnic/Institute/University approved by the State Board of Technical Education or AICTE or UGC.
Desirable Qualification Postgraduate Diploma / Certificate course in Construction Management, Project Management or Quality Control. Certification in AutoCAD, STAAD, Primavera, MS Project or other relevant civil engineering software. Training in estimation, costing and tender documentation.
