The State Bank of India is inviting online applications for 35 Bank Medical Officer (BMO-II) vacancies. Candidates with an MBBS degree and requisite experience are eligible to apply, with online registration open from 24 June 2026 to 14 July 2026.
Age Limit (as on 31.05.2026): Maximum age is 35 years for unreserved candidates. Age Relaxation: OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) 3 years, SC/ST 5 years, PwBD (UR/EWS) 10 years, PwBD (OBC) 13 years, PwBD (SC/ST) 15 years, Ex-Servicemen (5 yrs military service) 5 years. Cumulative age relaxation under multiple categories is not permitted; only one relaxation benefit applies per candidate.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess an MBBS degree from an NMC/State Medical Council-approved institution. A postgraduate diploma or MD/MS degree is preferred. Selection Process

Salary Structure
Selected candidates will be placed in the Middle Management Grade Scale-II (MMGS-II) with a basic pay structure of ₹64,820-2340/1-67,160-2680/10-93,960. In addition to basic pay, officers receive DA, HRA, CCA, Provident Fund, NPS contribution, Leave Fare Concession (LFC), and medical facilities as per Bank rules.
