- Deputy Manager (IT) – Application Developer: 1st Class Full Time B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication Engineering with min. 60% marks or equivalent CGPA, plus minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience as an Officer/Executive in a PSU/Government/reputed private company (turnover above Rs. 50 crore), with experience in C#/Java/JavaScript/ASP.NET/PHP.
- Assistant Manager (HR): 1st Class Full Time Master's Degree in PM & IR/MSW/MBA with HR elective, or a 1st class two-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management with HR elective (equivalent to MBA), from a recognized University/Management Institute.
- Assistant Manager (F&A): Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree along with CA/ICWA.
- Assistant Manager (MM): 1st Class Full Time Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Pulp & Paper Technology/Electronics/Printing Technology, plus a two-year Post Graduate degree/diploma/MBA in Materials Management/Stores Management/Purchase/Operations Management/Supply Chain/Logistics Management.
- Assistant Manager (IT): 1st Class Full Time MCA, or 1st class B.Tech (Computer Engineering/IT).
- Assistant Manager (OL): 1st Class Master's Degree in Hindi or English with the other language as a subject at Graduation level, plus 2 years' translation experience (Hindi to English and/or vice versa). Knowledge of Sanskrit/other Indian languages and computer proficiency in Hindi is desirable.
- Assistant Manager (Safety): A recognized Engineering/Technology degree with 2+ years' supervisory factory experience, or a Physics/Chemistry degree with 6+ years' supervisory factory experience, or an Engineering/Technology diploma with 6+ years' supervisory factory experience, or a degree/diploma with 6+ years in accident-prevention training/education/consultancy/research - plus a recognized degree or diploma in Industrial Safety.

Selection comprises an Online Test (75% weightage) and an Interview (25% weightage). The test will include sections on Professional Knowledge, General Awareness, English Language, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude, with no more than 120 minutes allowed for the online examination. Minimum qualifying marks vary by category.
