The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) is inviting applications for the posts of Traffic Supervisor Trainee and Mechanical Supervisor Trainee, with a total of 198 vacancies. Candidates with a Graduate Degree for TST or a Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering for MST are eligible to apply. The age limit for applicants is set between 18 to 25 years, extendable to 37 years with relaxations.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility by Gender: Men and Women are eligible for the Posts of Traffic Supervisor Trainee and Mechanical Supervisor Trainee. 33⅓% of the vacancies in each category are reserved for Women under Direct Recruitment on horizontal basis.

Educational Qualifications

  • For Post Code No. 47 (Traffic Supervisor Trainee): Must possess a Graduate Degree awarded by any university in India, established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provisional Act of State or of any Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or any other equivalent qualification as on 1st July 2025.
  • For Post Code No. 48 (Mechanical Supervisor Trainee): Must have passed Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering conducted by the Department of Technical Education, Government of Telangana or its equivalent qualification in the same discipline as on 1st July 2025.
  • Candidates possessing higher qualification of BE/B Tech/AMIE in the discipline of Automobile/Mechanical Engineering are also eligible for Post Code 48.
  • Candidates who possess higher qualification than the prescribed one will also be considered for Post Code 47.

Selection Process

Written Examination: All eligible registered candidates shall be required to appear for Written Exam in one paper (three hours duration) for 200 marks (200 Questions - MCQs).
