Eligibility Criteria

  • Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences/Social Work/Population Studies/Public Health and allied fields
  • 3-5 years of experience in research projects in HIV/AIDS field (desirable)
  • Research skills in quantitative and/or qualitative data collection, management, and analysis
  • Conversant in local language in addition to English
  • Well-versed in reporting and documentation
  • Experience conducting FGDs/IDIs with HRGs and Bridge populations
  • Sensitive towards issues relating to HRG communities and PLHIVs
  • High level of commitment and integrity
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills
  • Ability to strategize and implement programmes
  • Willingness to travel
